Taxi response times vary depending on demand, weather and road conditions, but our goal is to respond to your call within 15 minutes. Pre-booking does cut down on wait times.
If you have a complaint please call our business office (705-446-0524) between 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. We are always striving to provide better service.
We do have a lost & found. All drivers are required to inspect their cabs at the end of their shifts & they return any found items to the dispatch office. Please call 705-445-3300.
We have 2 designated spots; a taxi stand @ the Marketplace and the Taxi/Bus Hut in the main parking lot. We also pick up at the Grand Georgian, The Westin and The Blue Mountain Inn for hotel guests only.
